The power is luring at the doorsteps of Arvind Kejriwal, the man of the times in Indian Politics. With BJP reluctance to take the reigns and Congress extending unconditional support to AAP, it is the turn of the Kejriwal to take a decision that will impact the future of AAP and his own political destiny.
The AAP has been firm initially on maintaining equal distance to BJP and the Congress. But the recent comments by some leaders of AAP are indicating that the AAP – Congress alliance to form the new government in New Delhi is not far.
AAP Senior Leader Yogendra Yadav has told the media that the party will inform the Governor it’s unwillingness to form the government without complete majority.
On the other hand, another leader from Delhi, Kumar Biswas has informed the media that his party is exploring all the possibilities to form the Government.
But, Kejriwal has to take the final call today. The alliance with the Congress may certainly damage the AAP prospects in Lok Sabha polls. AAP may has nothing to distinguish itself from other parties in such development.
The observers feel that the AAP may not form the government with the support of the Congress party. the AAP is likely to test its fortunes in the Lok Sabha polls in 2014 with the existing image.
