Corporate bigwigs are running after Arvind Kejriwal’s AAP. The most recent person to join in Aam Aadmi Party is the CEO of Royal Bank of Scotland, Meera Sanyal. She quit her job to join hands with Kejriwal.
Earlier to this, former director of Infosys, V.Gopala Krishnan and aviation fame Captain Gopinath joined Aam Aadmi Party.
Why all these corporate people are suddenly finding interest in politics? Do they think that this is the right time to make a career in politics or just like to serve the nation in a better way through joining politics?
Well, we shall expect a new language of politics and logic of policies. It is well known that many of the corporates are believed in open competition of individuals and organisations. In this backdrop, what they speak and decide on reservations, welfare schemes, food security, urban slums, poverty and inequality will be much important than corruption in corporate world. Let us wait for their turn.
