YSR Congress / YCP Party is contemplating to give tough fight to the ruling TDP in Andhra Pradesh in the coming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections 2019. TDP has almost finalised its candidates for many Assembly seats. YSR Congress is yet to release its first list of candidates. The party has already sent green signal to several candidates. Following is the list of MLA candidates of YCP for the coming Assembly elections in AP:
It is reported that YCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has already finalised more than 90 percent of the candidates. The official release of names of candidates is awaited as there is possibility of last minute changes in the list. District wise list of YCP candidates will be available here soon.
Many leaders from TDP are joining in YCP as they are not confident of getting seats in TDP. Several MLAs, MPs, and former leaders of TDP have recently joined YCP expecting assembly and lok sabha seats.
Apart from leaders, celebrities like Jayasudha, Ali, Krishnudu, Prudhvi etc are also extending support to YCP in coming elections. They will be campaigning for the YCP in the coming days.
