YSR Rythu Bharosa is a flagship program of Government of Andhra Pradesh. The welfare program is set to launch on 15th October 2019 and aimed at providing Rs.12500 as financial assistance to all the eligible farmers. The scheme is inclusive in nature and tenant farmers also will get the assistantce on par with self cultivated land owners. Rythu Bharosa first phase will be announced on 15th October and amount will be deposited in a phased manner.

Credit in bank account:
The amount of Rs.12500 will be credited into bank accounts of eligible farmers and tenant farmers (Kaulu Rythulu) across the state. The amount is meant for providing the investment support for timely inputs.
Includes Rs.6000 PM Kisan amount:
YSR Rythu Bharosa is implemented in coordination with PM Kisan scheme of central government. PM kisan amount will be disbursed in three installments. The existing database of farmers will be used for identification of beneficiaries.
Rythu Bharosa First Phase – SC, ST and BC, Minority farmers:
Financial assistance under YSR Rythu Bharosa will also be provided to landless cultivators belonging to Schedule Caste (SC), Schedule Tribe (ST), Backward Class (BC) and Minority categories. The amount is Rs.12500 per annum for these categories farmers as well.
Which Crops are eligible?
All agriculture crops like usual agriculture crops, horticulture, sericulture crops are eligible under YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme. The crop year is calculated from 1st June to 31st May of the next year. You can see releted GO and Circulars of YSR Rythu Bharosa for the reference.
Rythu Bharosa Second Phase:
Rythu Bharosa second phase amount will be disbursed in 2020. The scheme is an annual program and amount will be credited once in an year. It is yet to be known whether PM Kisan scheme amount is deposited along with YSR Rythu Bharosa or not.
