Government of Andhra Pradesh has officially launched YSR Rythu Bharosa – PM Kisan scheme on 15th October 2019. The scheme is aimed at providing financial assistance to the farmers along with tenant farmers (kaulu rythulu). The total amount of Rs.13500 will be disbursed in three phases.
First Phase of YSR Rythu Bharosa:
First phase of YSR Rythu Bharosa is announced and the amount will be credited into the bank accounts of eligible farmers. The program was launched in Nellore district. Rs.4000 is the total amount to be disbursed under YSR Rythu Bharosa first phase. But farmers will be get Rs.2000 only as Rs.2000 was already deposited by Central Government in March / April under PM Kisan scheme.

Step by Step Procedure to check payment status:
1) Click on the above link to open YSR Rythu Bharosa site
2) Enter you aadhaar number
3) Enter Captcha correctly (case sensitive)
4) Click on Submit.
5) The payment status will be displayed. Follow the instructions displayed.
2nd and 3rd Phases:
Second phase of YSR Rythu Bharosa will be implemented in January 2020. An amount of Rs.2000 will be deposited into bank accounts of farmers in the second phase. 3rd Phase of Rythu Bharosa will be released in May 2020. The amount will be Rs.7500. This is the final phase of he crop year. The scheme will be implemented for 5 years. Total amount to be deposited is Rs.67500.
District-wise beneficiaries list:
Government of AP has not made the list of beneficiaries public through the website. The list of beneficiaries will be displayed at the field level in MPDO / AEO offices. Farmers can also contact village volunteers for any documentation work.
