Happy Nest second phase booking date has been announced by AP – CRDA
Commissioner Ch Sridhar. The 2nd phase online bookings for 900 flats in
blocks D to L will start on 10th December 2018. The online booking will go
on till all the flats are booked. The buyers have to book the flats online only
by paying the advance booking amount online. The project is located at Nelapadu in Guntur district of Amaravati. CRDA has also announced Happy Nest Series 2 launch after the completion of Series 1 project.

Area of Flats:
2 BHK and 3 BHK flats are available in Happy Nest Apartments. The flats
are designed on smart home concept and 80 percent of the total area of 14
acres land will be designated as green area. The online booking will be
opened on www.happynest.live .

Advance booking amount:
The area of flats are ranging from 1225 sft to 2750 sft. The booking amount
depends on the area of the flat. The minimum booking amount is Rs.2.5
lakhs and maximum booking amount is Rs.7 lakhs. This has to be paid
online only through www.happynest.live at the time of online booking of
flats.
Allotment Procedure:
Flats will be alloted on the first come first serve basis. Buyers can check the details of floor plans, flat dimenstions, flat plans, layout, price of the flats including amenities, taxes like GST, registration etc on happynest.live . Whoever pay the booking amount first will be alloted the flat. If more than one buyer pays the booking amount for the same flat, the booking of first payee will be considered and the amount of other buyers will be refunded. They can try for other flats in the project.
