Good news for those missed CRDA flats in Happy Nest – 1. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has approved in principle for the proposal to take up Happy Nest – 2 project in Amaravati area. CRDA has to finalise the proposals for Happy Nest Series 2.
1704 Flats:
Happy Nest 2 will have 1704 residential flats in multiple towers. The exact location, floor plans, number of towers and amenities were announced by CRDA after due approvals by Govt of AP.

12 blocks with 2 BHK and 3 BHK houses:
CRDA Happy Nest 2 is coming up in 16.05 acres. There will 12 apartment blocks and each block will have 23 towers. Total cost of the project is Rs.1150 crores.
Flat Sizes:
There are four types / sizes of flats in Happy Nest Series 2 smart home project of AP – CRDA. The flat sizes are as follows:
1290 sft: 2 BHK Flat
1590 sft: 3 BHK Flat
1890 sft: 3 BHK Flat
2190 sft: 3 BHK Flat
These are primary details of Happy Nest 2 project. More information of the project with brochure, price, charges for amenities will be released by AP – CRDA. The price per sft will be same as it is for Happy Nest – 1.
