CRDA Happy Nest Flats for NGOs with Discount Rates – Happy Nest 2 with 1200 More Flats

The successful Happy Nest Residential Project of AP – CRDA in Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh) will be expanding with more flats on offer. At present, 900 flats will be on sale in a few days. This is the second phase of the project. After completion of this project, CRDA is planning to initiate the process for another 1200 flats. With the success of Happy Nest project, AP – CRDA is planning for the launch of more projects of this kind.

Flats for NGOs:

In the new venture with 1200 more flats, NGOs will get flats for discounted rates. Some flats will be reserved for NGOs – Government of employees of Andhra Pradesh. Though they have housing facility by the Government during their job tenure, Happy Nest flats on concessional prices will provide permanent residence for them.

Second project of Happy Nest will be launched after the completion of present project. Those missed to book a flat in the present sale of 1200 flats can wait for the second project. NGOs will be allotted some flats in new venture considering their demand for housing facility in Amaravati.

Chief Minister has asked the CRDA to consider the request of NGOs for flats on discount rates in Happy Nest project, instead of land in capital region. The Happy Nest 2 also will be launched at Nelapadu – Guntur district, as land is available for CRDA at the existing project.
