AP CRDA is gearing up for the second and final phase online booking of Happy Nest flats. The Happy Nest project was launched at Nelapadu in Guntur district of Amaravathi in Andhra Pradesh. The secong phase booking is for 900 flats in 9 towers. The online booking at happynest.live will start at 9 AM on 10th December 2018. Here are some basic check lists for the buyers.
Availability of 2 and 3 BHK Flats:
There are only 108 double bed room flats in the second phase of Happy Nest. These flats are available in E, H, and K blocks. All the remaining 792 flats are 3 BHK ranging areas from 1510 sft to 2750 sft. This is a bit disappointing for the lower middle class buyers.

Cost of 2 BHK and 3 BHK Flats:
The cost of a 2 BHK flat of 1225 sft with east facing will be around Rs.60 lakhs. This includes all amenities, east facing and floor rising charges, GST etc. The price of 3 BHK of 1510 sft will cost around Rs.75 lakhs including all amenities but excluding registration.

Amenities promised in the complex:
CRDA is promising high end smart homes with good infrastructure and amenities for the residents of Happy Nest Apartments. The buyers will be paying approximately Rs.1500 extra per sft for amenities. Following are the amenities as promised by AP – CRDA:
