Latest Update: Happy Nest flat booking for the second phase sale will be opened on 10th December 2018. ETV has reported in an interview with Ch. Sridhar, CRDA Commissioner that the online booking for 900 flats will be opened from 9 AM on 10th December 2018. AP CRDA has also announced the date now on its website. So it is confirmed. Andhra Jyothy newspaper has reported quoting the CRDA sources that the 2nd phase bookings of Happy Nest project are likely to be opened anytime in December 2018.

We have tried to contact CRDA – Happy Nest Customer Care staff to inquire about the booking date. The staff have informed that the booking may be opened in the first week of December 2018.

Bookings for 900 Flats:
CRDA is planning to open bookings for 900 flats of Happy Nest apartments in second phase. Flats in blocks D, E, F, G, G, I, J, K and L will be opened for booking in the 2nd phase.

With the success of Happy Nest apartment project, AP CRDA is mulling to launch Happy Nest – 2 adjacent to the present project. This will be officially announced soon after the completion of bookings of Happy Nest project.
RERA approvals:
It is informed that the delay in Happy Nest apartment bookings is due to RERA approvals for 6 towers of the project. CRDA is also taking measures to avoid technical issues on the booking day. Second phase booking dates will be announced a week prior to the actual sale date.
How much amount pay online booking
