CRDA Happy Nest Flats – Second Phase Online Booking Latest Updates

Final and second phase of Amaravati – Happy Nest online booking will start on 10th December 2018. CRDA has confirmed that the online booking will open for 900 flats from 10th December 2018 on happynest.live . AP – CRDA has made all the arrangements for online booking and the schedule with booking dates will be released in one or two days. CRDA is proposed to open the sale of 900 flats in second phase. There will be no change in the price and terms and conditions of booking and payment schedules for the second phase bookings.

Permissions from RERA:

CRDA has got permissions from RERA to sale flats in Happy Nest project. The project is located at Nelapadu – Amaravati (Guntur district). CRDA has initially obtained permissions from RERA for 600 flats only. After huge response for first phase sales on 9th November 2018, CRDA has decided to open the sale for all the remaining 900 flats in a go and applied for RERA approvals for the same.

Technical Glitches:

CRDA is also concerned about technical issues faced in first phase sale of Happy Nest flats. Several buyers have paid booking amount for a single flat and the flat is allotted for the first payee only. CRDA has refunded the amount of other buyers.

Happy Nest Flats for NGOs with Discount Rates

Happynest.live

In the first phase more than 1 lakh buyers have shown interest on the sale of Happy Nest flats. Most of them have visited www.happynest.live portal on the same time and date for online booking and the server has gone down for a while. Several buyers were disappointed as they could not get the chance to buy a desired flat. These issues will be redressed by CRDA in second phase booking.
