Dharani website with updated land records in Telangana

Dharani website, which will be an integrated portal of land records for entire Telangana state will be launched only after the completion of updation of land records in Telangana. Telangana Government has decided to launch the portal after corrections to the data.

Updating Data bank:

Implementation of new land registration system across the state has been postponed due to errors in land records. Dharani website is meant for maintaining land records with latest updates to data bank and purification of data.

To avoid land disputes:

Another important aim of Dharani is to avoid land disputes in the State. It has been identified by the Government that the main source of land disputes is mistakes and errors in village land records.

Link with Rythu Bandhu:

The land records purification program is also linked with implementation of Rythu Bandhu program. Rythu Bandhu cheques will be issued to the farmers after ascertaining land records and pattadar passbooks data in Dharani website.
