Link with Rythu Bandhu scheme:

TS Government has confirmed that the lands linked with Aadhar number only will be considered for input subsidy scheme. Lands that are not linked will be treated as benami lands. The decision has been taken after identifying several farmers not linking their lands entered in Pattadar passbooks with Aadhar in Medchal and Ranga Reddy districts.

New passbooks for loans:

New pattadar passbooks will also be used for availing loans from banks. Passbooks have been issued to patta land owners along with owners of government – assigned lands. The corrections to the passbooks are under progress.

Passbooks with owner names:

The new pattadar passbooks should be on the names of the owners of land. It is also observed that the lands owned by farmers in villages also will be entered into passbooks. There will be separate column for these lands in passbooks.
