Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham Online Registration Procedure, Eligibility, Documents Required – Unemployment Allowance Scheme in AP

Government of Andhra Pradesh has launched Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham Scheme to provide unemployment allowance for the educated jobless youth in the state of AP. The eligible candidates will get monthly allowance to pursue skill development courses. About 12 lakhs unemployed youth will benefit through this scheme.

Eligibility Criteria:

1) Candidates must be unemployed and should be native of Andhra Pradesh.
2) Minimum Educational qualification should be graduation.
3) Candidates with movable / immovable properties, like having 4 wheelers are ineligible.
4) Candidates having wet land of 2.5 acres and dry land of 5 acres maximum are eligible.
5) Caste and Community preference will be given as per norms of the government.

6) Candidates should belong to below poverty line (BPL) family. All the eligible beneficiaries from one family shall be considered.
7) Age group of 22-35 years are eligible.
8) Candidates who have availed financial assistance / loan under state government sponsered self – employment scheme are not eligible.
9) Those who are pursuing formal education are not eligible.
10) Those who are working in Public / Private Sector / quasi-government or self-employed are not eligible for the assistance.
11) You should not be an employee dismissed from government service or should not have been convicted of any criminal offence.

Candidatges need following documents to apply online for Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham / Unemployment Allowance scheme 2018:

1) Aadhaar Card
2) White Ration Card
3) SSC / 10th Class Certificate
4) Graduation Certificate / Diploma / Post Graduation Certificate
5) Mobile Number linked with Aadhaar Card

Online Application Procedure:

Online application process for Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham / Unemployment Allowance scheme starts from 14th September 2018. Following is the step by step procedure to register online for the scheme:

1) Log on to http://yuvanestham.ap.gov.in
2) Click on Register
3) Enter Aadhaar Card Number to receive OTP to the registered mobile number.
4) You need to fill all the columns of personal details and education and other particulars.
5) Submit the online registration form.
