New Land Rates in AP CRDA and Krishna District Market Prices

Government of Andhra Pradesh has increased the land rates / market prices of open lands and houses in the state. The hike is from 2.5 percent to 5 percent in urban and rural areas under the purview of AP CRDA (AP Capital Region Development Authority). Highest value is Rs. 89200 and land cost in Machilipatnam is Rs.45700 per square yard.

The new prices came into force from 1st August 2018. Following are the market rates (Basic Prices) of lands in AP CRDA region.

1) Benz Circle to Swaraj Maidan: Rs. 89200 (Per sq.yard)
2) Police Control Room to Swaraj Maidan: Rs. 86600 (Per sq.yard)
3) Benz Circle to Aotonagar Gate: Rs. 63500 (Per sq.yard)
4) Gayathri Nagar to Ashok Nagar: Rs. 50800 (Per sq.yard)
5) Ayyappa Nagar to Ashok Nagar: Rs. 38100 (Per sq.yard)
6) Towards MG Road: Rs. 26250 (Per sq.yard)
