PMAY Urban Scheme Online Application Form Download
The Government of India has launched online application process for the implementation of the scheme PMAY – Urabn (Pradham Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) from 3rd November 2016. About 60000 common service centers in urban areas will facilitate online applications at Rs. 25 per each application.
Beneficiaries under the PMAY – Urban Scheme have to visit to the nearest CSC for applying online for the scheme. The beneficiaries have to submit Aadhaar Card details and applications will be processed only after due verification.
The beneficiaries can also download the PMAY Housing For All – Urban application form from the official website at www.mhupa.gov.in .
The applications have to be filled with correct information. The beneficiaries have to enter Aadhaar card number, if not available voter ID card / any other unique ID number or a certificate of house ownership from revenue authority of beneficiary’s native district.
