Mootha Gopala Krishna is a Congress leader from East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. He was elected four terms to AP Assembly. He represented Kakinada City Constituency during 1983 -89, 1994- 99 and 2004. He also served as Minister for Civil Supplies in AP cabinet.
