Pune police are issuing digital pass for the emergency travel of people during lockdown. Epass will be issued for travel within Pune, inter-district and inter-state movement after verification of the need and requirement.
Pune Police Digital Pass Online Application:
- Log on to https://www.punepolice.in/
- Enter pass requirement details
- Upload photo
- Enter present police station limits
- Enter destination details
- Click on SUBMIT
Details have to be submitted depending on the nature of pass. You may have to provide proper documents if you require inter – district and inter – state corona emergency pass.
Guidelines for Corona Digital Pass by Pune Police:
- Within Pune request a QR code will be issued for Inter-District and Inter-State travel, a PDF letter is issued on WhatsApp.
- Always carry government approved Identity card you have given in above request. Whenever stopped by police, the concerned person should show their ID card, and kindly cooperate with police on the ground.
- You will be liable for prosecution if any false information provided.
- This permission is subject to your adherence to various guidelines /orders given by authorities from time to time.
- People in quarantine should not apply for Digital Pass, they are requested to #StayHome #StaySafe
- There is no movement allowed FROM & TO containment zones as promulgated from time to time by Competent Authorities.
- Please note, staying at home is important for your & others health until the lockdown is over.
You also need to provide undertaking mentioning that you are do not suffer from any Covid -19 related symptoms and you are not living in any containment zones as promulgated from time to time by Competent Authorities.
