Government of Telangana is proposed to introduce e-passbook system for agriculture lands as like its counterpart, Andhra Pradesh. The TS Government will be digitalising all the lands details through Maa Bhoomi portal and the same will be made available for loans and registrations.
Details / services of Pahanis, ROR, Grama Pahani, Grama ROR, Aadhaar Linking, Tippan, 1B are available through Ma Bhoomi portal at http://mabhoomi.telangana.gov.in/ . It will be easy for the officials to check the details while sanctioning loans and registrations.
At present, farmers are finding it difficult to submit pass books and title deeds to secure crop / agriculture loans from banks. Availability of land records online will make the work easier for banks and farmers as well.
All the pahanis and registrations have become online and the information is available for all the people. Sub Registrars also can check these details during registrations.
The Government is proposed to exempt passbooks system in the areas where the Government is acquiring land for various purposes. At present it is must for the land owners to submit pattadar passbook to cliam their lands in land acquisition areas.
