The Government of Andhra Pradesh has decided to conduct Praja Saadhikara Survey / Smart Pulse Survey in July and August in two phases throughout the state to collect information on various aspects of the populations / households. There will be two phases in Praja Saadhikara Survey as mentioned below:
Phase 1: July 8th to 31st July 2016
Phase 2: August 6th to 14th August 2016.
All the households in the state will be provided with UHN (Unique House Number) to identify the address easily through GPS system. All the mobile numbers will be integrated with Aadhaar numbers.
Bank accounts will be opened for those not having the same. People should keep the following documents along with them during Praja Saadhikara Survey:
Documents: Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Voter ID card, Property tax payment receipt, Power Bill, Driving License, Vehicle Registration Card, Gas Connection Book, Pattadar Passbook, Bank Passbook, Physical Disability proof, Water tax payment receipt, caste certificate, Kisan card, Pension certificate, MGNREGA Job card, DWACRA card, Birth Certificate, Income Certificate, Post / Pre metric Scholarship.
