The Government of Telangana has revised the salaries of TSRTC employees. The Telangana RTS employees including drivers, conductors, mechanics, assistants, shramiks, superintendents will get new salaries from June 2015. The Government of Telangana has fixed the fitment at 44 percent as demanded by the employees. Following table gives revised pay structure details for Telangana RTC employees.
Along with 43 percent fitment, the arrears of the salary will be given in the form of bonds and cash. Cash will be disbursed in three installments. The contract employees will be regularised immediately. The Government has indicated the rise in the RTC charges due to the increase of salaries to the RTC employees.

The Telangana RTC employees will receive new salaries from July 2015. The Government has also decided to allow retired employees to travel in express buses free of charge. About 4300 contract employees in TSRTC will be regularized. All the suspensions and cases will be withdrawn by the Government.
