We have been seeing the political rivalry between YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his sister Sharmila over power struggle within the family. YS Sharmila has been in news for floating her own party in Telangana (YSRTP). On the other side, there are news that the siblings also have property feud apart from political rivalry. Sharmila is reportedly of the opinion that she and her husband Bro. Anil Kumar were sidelined in YSRCP after it came to power in Andhra Pradesh. The tussle is likely to intensify in the coming months as elections are on the cards in Telangana within an year and later in AP. It has been for a while that we didn’t see these kind of Rakhi festivities between the siblings of YSR family.
It is not known as of now, whether they campaign against each other in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. But it is most unlikely as YSRCP and YSRTP have political interests in different states.
