We are not able get civil engineers for getting drawings, plan, site loctation ect. can you guide us alternaive for this.we need time extension for submittingg the applcation
Many people have take housing loans for which all da original documents have been submitted to Banks. The copy of the documents like sale dees etc do not have all back pages copied / xeroxed . Only four / five back pages r xeroxed an d those sale deed copies only available to scan and upload in case od BSR. Kindly suggest
My suggestion is that, all sale deed all back pages may not be made mandatory where the originals r lying in the bank for loan purpose, original sale deed copy may not be available at the time of inspection. In that case on undertaking given by the owner inspction shall be made based on the copies available
