Here comes a good news for Telangana state government employees. Government of Telangana is proposed to announce fitment for the new PRC (Pay Revision Commission). The fitment will be announced on 2nd June 2018, on the day of Telangana state formation.
Present 10th PRC recommendations will expire on 30th June 2018. 11th PRC will be implemented from 1st July 2018 whenever the commission formed. Hence the Government of Telangana is likely to announce fitment before the expiry of 10th PRC.
The Government will study the pay revision and fitment issues and discuss with the employee unions within 15-20 days and will announce fitment. The Government is also contemplating to implement CCPS, increase in retirement age and transfers.
There is anxiety among the employees over the announcements on Contributory Pension Schemes, Retirement age, increase in HR and DA, etc. The Telangana Government may clear all the air by the end May 2018.
