The land buyers and sellers in Telangana will have hassle free transactions from 2nd June 2018. Government of Telangana is all set to launch yet another initiative in land registration system. New registration system will be launched from 2nd June across the state.

Registrations in MRO Offices:
Under the new system, all the land registrations and mutations will be carried out in MRO (Mandal Revenue Offices) along with the Sub Registrar offices. People can register their lands at either of the offices.
Entry in new passbooks:
The new transactions will be updated in the new passbooks being issued to the farmers. All the registrations and mutations will be recorded in new passbooks online immediately.
The Government has proposed to introduce this new registration system in the state, as SROs at several locations are too far and not convenient to the buyers and sellers. The new registration system will make it easy for the parties to complete transactions at MRO offices.
