HMDA Website for LRS and BPS Online Applications in Hyderabad – 2015

HMDA online applications The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has announced that the application forms / online applications will be available on HMDA website from 9th November 2015. The applications for LRS (Land Regularisation Scheme) and BPS (Building Penalisation Scheme / Building Regularisation Scheme) will be available for the people on HMDA website at www.hmda.gov.in

The users can login to the website from 9th November 2015. You need to upload all the relevant certificates of approval from the concerned authorities through the website.

The online applications will be sent to concerned HMDA official through auto assignment. The application will scrutinized as per the guidelines of the LRS and BRS schemes 2015.

The applications with proper documentation and payment of required fee will be accepted and the message of approval will be sent to the mobile phone of the user.

The users have to pay the remaining fee through online after receiving the approval message. The reasons for the rejection of applications also will be displayed on the website in case of any rejection of LRS / BRS / BPS applications.

  1. what about the lrs files which have been applied in 2008 , some files have paid the initial amount and could not pay the final amount , is there any relaxation or you will deduct the amount which we have applied today, shall we apply again or the file which we applies in 2008 is suffecient pls suggest

BPR and LRS scheme getting benefit only govt not for people. how govt doing registration with out approval. if you not doing registrations this things will not happened. actually this penalty will charge from the builders. atleat this amount will charge from 50 % builder and 50 % owner. please reduce this amount

    online application is not avilable in the web site till date for BPS/LRS in Hyderabad, Telangana. Already one month is going to complete out of two months given period from 2.11.2015 for submission of applications. I am working in Mumbai, how to submit the applications? Is there any extension date? What are the documents to be submitted along with the application is not clear. Please do needful, enable me to submit the application within stipulated time period.     This regulation is required meerpet(sarrornagar mandal) aslo
    bulder taken approval groung and two flours, but he has constructed4th flour also. is requred only 4th flour and entire all
    flat owners has to pay brs. pl clarify

  6. LRS BRS – USER ID AND APPLICATION NO. OR Pass word id – column is not opening – we have to open and see our UPDATION AND to know any deficiency etc is there – We have paid Rs.10,000 next Day by Bank Challan and we are unable to SEE such details ?? can you make it easy and HELP ???

  7. how to enter details of Bank Demand draft in BRs application form.
    As pay now goes to net/debit/neft. Next, generate challans shows kotak or ICICI bank. Please help in this regard.

  8. I own a flat in apartment(4th floor) with an area of 920 sq. ft. THis comes under HMDA [ Location is Peerzadiguda Village, Uppal Mandal]
    The apartment has only permission till G+1. Thus, our floor or my flat falls under BRS/BPS.
    So, how is the penalized amount calculated?
    Is it 920 * 100 = 92,000 INR
    Obviously my use-case falls under the second category which talks about totally unauthorized floor. So, do I still need to take assistance of Lead Technical Personnel or Registered Architects to calculate the penalized Amount. Also, Can you give us the help centre numbers to call and get clarification

Sir I have applied for Lrs permission for my plot nos 24,25 to the extent of 371.18 sq mts in survey nos 1128,1131 situated at Ghanapur village, hamlet of Yedulabad Ghatkesar mandal vide UBI challan no 18913, ft 26/5/2013for full payment ofRs 59,667/- vide hmda receipt no 2199. Dt 30/5/13 inward sl 2 at hmda Ghatkesar zone
    But unfortunately till date I have not heard anything from your side
    When we approached ur office recently we are asked to apply again
    Please look into the matter and inform immediately
    Please note that I am a cancer patient and pl do the.needful

    As for LRS process the land owner physical availibility is necessary or someone can done this process on behalf of me?

  11. We have a plot of nearly 170 sq.yards at kuntloor district, Hayatnagar mandal bought in the year 2000. I would like to know is it mandatory to get it registered for LRS. We did not recieve any order from the municipality or or mandal or the government.
