NRIs can also avail home loans on Happy Nest flats. You can book a flat and approach the designated banks for home loan. The banks will provide you all the details of repayment process. They will insist on PAN card and income tax details.

  1. Shall an NRI has to execute the Power Of Attorney before or after the online booking? If it is after online booking, how much time is given for execution of PoA?

    • Hi, It is good if you have Power of Attorney from the beginning. They may charge for the change of details in records afterwards. You have to execute Agreement of sale within 45 days after booking (30 days for Resident Indians). You can arrange PoA at that time also.
