Ministry of Health, Government of India has launched CoWin app to administer covid / corona vaccine for the people in the country. The mobile app can be downloaded from google app store. People have to submit details of mobile number and other identity information to register on the app.
Step by step procedure:
Following is the step by step procedure to register on Co-Win portal / app and book appointment for vaccine.
- People have to log in to cowin.gov.in and you should enter your 10 digit mobile number to authenticate.
- Enter OTP that is sent sent to your mobile number and complete authentication by clicking on verify button after entering the OTP.
- Now the registration page opens on the you need to fill the Registration for Vaccination page
- Need to enter complete details, such as your photo ID proof. and submit details of any comorbidities. You can disclose this by clicking on yes or no.
- After entering all the details, click on Register button at the bottom right. Now you will receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile number.
- After the completion of the registration, your Account Details will be displayed. Now you can schedule your appointment from that page and book the date as per your wish.
