Mahakutami Candidates – CPI List of Constituencies for Telangana Elections

CPI has come out with a proposed list of assembly constituencies to be allocated for them in the ensuing elections in Telangana. CPI, which is a part of Mahakutami that includes Congress, TDP, TJS (Telangana Jana Samithi) has taken initiative in clearing the air on seat sharing among Mahakutami partners.

CPI Proposed Constituencies:

1) Kothagudem (Bhadradri Kothagudem)
2) Vaira (Khammam)
3) Husnabad (Siddipet)
4) Bellampalli (Manchiryal)
5) Alair (Yadadri Bhuvanagiri)
6) Munugodu (Nalgonda)
7) Devarakonda (Nalgonda)
8) Pinapaka (Bhadradri Kothagudem)
9) Kutbullapur OR Malkajgiri (Rangareddy)
10) Bhupalapalli OR Mahabubabad

But the Congress party is not in a mood to allot more than 3-4 seats to CPI and TJS. The seat sharing is likely to create problems to Mahakutami parties. TDP is expecting 20-25 seats while TJS has also proposed similar number of seats.
