The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has launched my GHMC app for delivering various civic services in Hyderabad. The citizens can just take a photograph of the problems in their areas and post that through app for redressal.
The citizens can download the birth and death certificates with digital signature if they were already issued previously. There is no limit on the number of downloads. About 38137 birth certificates and 4744 death certificates were downloaded so far.
Property tax / house tax and trade license fee also can be paid on time through my GHMC app. Those applied for LRS can check the status of their application through my GHMC mobile application.
The my GHMC app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. Citizens can register with their mobile phones. People can post problems related to manholes, waste disposal, drainage problems etc. through the app.
