Patancheru Assembly Constituency in Telangana – Seemandhra Voters to Decide

Patancheru Assembly Constituency is located in Sangareddy district of Telangana. Gudem Mahipal Reddy of TRS won the constituency in 2014 elections. TDP was in 2nd position with 27.60 percent vote percentage in that elections.

Mahipal Reddy defeated Sapnadev of TDP in 2014 elections. Congress party has secured 18.65 percent votes in that elections. Seemandhra voters are in considerable size in this segment.

2018 Elections:

Mahakutami is set to fight TRS in 2018 Assembly elections. Patancheru may be allotted to TDP as part of alliance with Congress. There is huge competition for this seat among Mahakutami aspirants.

Nandishwar Goud from TDP:

Nandishwar Goud, who won Patancheru seat in 2009 from Congress party has joined in TDP recently. He may get this seat again and likely to contest on TDP ticket this time. He has good stronghold on Patancheru constituency.

Patancheru constituency comprises of Ramachandrapuram, Patancheru and Ameenpur mandals. Most of the areas are urban and voters from Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema are the deciding factor in this constituency.
