Muthamsetti Srinivasa Rao, also known as Avanthi Srinivas is the MP of Lok Sabha from Telugu Desam Party (TDP). He is chairman of Avanthi Group of Colleges. He was elected to Lok Sabha in 2014 from Anakapalle Lok Sabha Constituency in Andhra Pradesh. Srinivas has defeated Gudivada Amarnadh of YSR Congress Party in 2014 elections. Avanthi Srinivas was born in Eluru, West Godavari district in AP. His parents are Muthamsetti Venkata Narayana and Nageswaramma. Avanthi Srinivas was born on 12 June 1967. He was married on 20th June 1986. His spouse name is M. Gnaneswari. They have a son and a daughter. Srinivas was educated at SRR and CVR Govt. Degree College, Vijayawada.
