TDP Candidates for Assembly Elections in Guntur District – 2019

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has almost finalised MLA candidates for ensuing Assembly elections in Guntur district. The ruling party has also finalised MP candidature of Galla Jayadev for Guntur Lok Sabha constituency. Election schedule for both Assembly and Lok Sabha elections is likely to be announced in March 2019.

1) Tenali: Alapati Rajendra Prasad
2) Ponnur: Dhulipalla Narendra
3) Tadikonda: Tenali Sravan Kumar / Dokka Manikya Varaprasad / Kuchipudi Vijaya
4) Prattipadu: Dokka Manikya Varaprasad / Kuchipudi Vijaya / Ramanjaneyulu / Krishnanjaneyulu
5) Guntur East: Maddali Giri / Ali (Actor)
6) Guntur West: Rayapati Rangarao / Kovelamudi Ravindra / Mannava Mohana Krishna / Sanakkayala Uma Shankar
7) Mangalagiri: Ganji Chiranjeevi / Pothineni Srinivasa Rao / Murugudu Hanumantha Rao / Kandru Kamala

Lok Sabha Seats:

1) Guntur: Galla Jayadev
2) Narasaraopet: Rayapati Sambasiva Rao (to be finalised)

Remaining seats will be finalised depending upon the politiacal and social equations in the district. Modugula Venugopala Reddy of Guntur West is likely to shift loyalties to YSR Congress.
