The Government of Andhra Pradesh has decided to keep all the approvedlayouts in CRDA (Capital Region Development Authority) public throughits website www.crda.ap.gov.in . The general public who interested inpurchasing plots in layouts can check the approval status from CRDA.
The layouts and buildings approvals have been uploaded to CRDAwebsite. General public can check the approved layouts district /village / mandal / local bodies wise. The details of survey number,BPNo and approved year will be displayed for buildings and loyouts.
Layout plans of the approved layouts also has been uploaded to the CRDA website. People can download the layouts and layout plans as pertheir requirement.
Apart from these, the CRDA website also provides latest GOs, Acts,Rules, Data, Land Acquisition particulars, pensions, land pooling,zonal development plans etc.
