Malreddy Rangareddy was born on 14th October 1957 at Torrur Village of Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy district. His father’s name is Malreddy Bal Reddy. Ranga Reddy belongs to General Category. His permanent address is at Hosuse No.3.39, Torrur (Village and Post), Hayathnagar (Mandal), Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad. He is known as Torrur Ranga Reddy.

Malreddy Rangareddy studied M.A. and settled in Agriculture. He was elected thrice to AP Legislative Assembly. He is settled in Agriculture. He served as a Sarpanch of Torrur Village and also as a Chairman of Turkayamjal Raithu Seva Sahkara Sangham. He served as Director of DCCB, Hyderabad District.
