Following is the step by step process to get data from Dharani website. The new registration will come into force with the launch of Dharani.
Step 1: Book a slot
The registration process for land will commence with the seller / buyer signing up for a time slot online to see the sub registrar office.

Step 2: Pattadar Passbook
After the meeting with sub registrar, the land sale or purchase details will be recorded in pattadar passbooks of both the parties.
Step 3: Update the Dharani website:
The details of sales / purchase will then be updated / uploaded on Dharani website after being passed on to the IT wing by the Tahasildar concerned.
Step 4: Delivery
The updated pattadar passbooks and registration documents will soon be send to the buyer through courier. The process is likely to ease the rush at registration offices.
