I have applied for lrs scheme hmda site showing pay lrs charges and pay nala charges when clicking on the same it is showing payment not allowed. And it is also showing charges not calculated. When field verification happens and also where to check if any documents required if not submitted earlier

My LRS application status is showing as “Technical Scrutiny completed, Title Verification Completed” from the last 3 months. LRS Due amount NALA due amount are not calculated yet. Whom to contact to proceed further?

Hi Admin,
I have building permission from GHMC and Apartment was constructed according to sanction plan. In spit of that I paid BPS in 2012 and obtained certificate from Dy.Comissioner , GHMC.
Presently they served a demand note with revised property tax and Penalty towards illegal construction is also part of that . What is the solution for this issue.

I have submitted appln. for LRS on 15-12-2015 under LRS scheme with HMDAL009676 registration No. in the name of my son JNVBD. Mahesh Kumar. On 9-05-2017 I have paid the entire amount for LRS and NALA. So far I have not received any permission through on line. My friend who paid on 08-05-2017 received the permission on 18-05-2017. Where is the delay. When will I get the order.

Dear Applicant, Your Application No.HMDAL1….. is approved and digitally signed, approval copy of the proceeding and plan is uploaded. You may login using your mobile number and password to down load the same from HMDA web site.
This is to inform you that I have not created any password or received from HMDA. Despite of may efforts the approved Proceedings or the Plan could not be downloaded. Please clarify how to down load. TSR Teja

even if i enter the correct cell phone number as user id and the correct password, i get invalid user id and password error message. when i enter my correct cell phone number and click on forgot password, i am getting the same password sent to my correct cell phone number. please let me know what is the issue. aPPLN REFERENCE HMDAl027976/LRS/GTK/Plg/HMDA/2015-16 dt.25.12.2015. Out of the demand of Rs.2,69,183/- I have paid Rs.2,19,183/- and the payment of balance of Rs.50,000/- is in dispute as land use conversion charges are demanding at Rs.150/-per sq.mtr as per GO.223 dt.30.8.2016 instead of Rs.50/-per sq.mtr as per GO.Ms. 439 dt. 13.6.2007. In the demand notices only GO.439 is being mentioned for payments. The land in question is situated within the limits of other municipalities and not in erstwhile merged GHMS. A lot of corruspondence is made and Legal notices are also given. There is no response from the HMDA since last 8 yrs. It is too bad. The HMDA is wrongly interpreting GO 223 dt. 30.8.2016 though it was not in existence as on the dt of 2015 LRS dt. 2.11.2015. On the face of the GO dt itself is very clear that it is of 30.8.2016 whereas the 2015 LRS GO.dt. was of 2.11.2015. So at least now realize the mistake and regulate the mistake now and dispose of my pending applications. As I have already paid excess amount I request the authorities to clear my pending application at once avoiding further correspondence. Failing which I have no other way to challenge your illegal irresponsible excess demands in the court of law.
The silence of HMDA itself establishes the dereliction of duties despite taking the matter to the issue to the superior authorities. HMDA is silent since last 8 yrs without giving reply though I am pursuing the matter continuously. The matter is referred to Prajavani for more than 5 times. No action. The services are very lazy and inappropriate to kill the public time. Hence prayed for immediate disposal of my pending application under 2015 LRS scheme. Prabhavathi/rajagopala rao.v 13-3-2025.

Will there be any fruitful results to these comments. Can we expect any reply from the HMDA? No, NOT AT ALL. To my bitter experience HMDA never respond to public as I am doing correspondence continuously for a long period of 8 yrs. The sufferer may die but it wont wake up and never feel responsibility to discharge its legitimate duties. It is our misfortune to have such Govt. offices. It is very clear that there is no follow up monitoring of the in charge IAS officers towards his subordinate staff. I regret very much to comment on the administration of the office of the HMDA. and in efficiancy of the officer incharge.
