Government of Andhra Pradesh is gearing up for the development of infrastructure in and around new capital city, Amaravati. The Government has released Inner Ring Road (IRR) draft and extension of 27 capital city roads. Total length of the roads is 96.16 Kms.

Districts and Mandals:
Guntur and Krishna districts fall under Inner Ring Road (IRR) and mandals include Amaravathi, Duggirala, Mangalagiri, Tadikonda, Thulluru, G Konduru, Gannavaram, Ibrahimpatnam, Penamaluru and Vijayawada (Rural). Proposed 27 roads also fall under these mandals.
The villages fall under IRR are as follows:
Amaravathi Mandal: Endroyi, Karlapudi, Vykuntapuram.

Duggirala Mandal: Tummapudi
Mangalagiri Mandal: Chinakakani, Chinavadlapudi, Kaza, Nutakki, Pedavadlapudi and Ramachandrapuram.
Tadikonda Mandal: Tadikonda, Kantheru and Mothadaka.
Thullur Mandal: Harishandrapuram, Pedaparimi, Vaddamanu, Ananthavaram.
G Konduru Mandal: Kavuluru, Velagaleru.
Gannavaram Mandal: Savarigudem, Ramachandrapuram, Vedurupavuluru.
Ibrahimpatnam Mandal: Damaluru, Ibrahimpatnam, Jupudi, Kethanakonda, Kondapalle, Kotikalapudi, Navi Pothavaram, Trilochanapuram, Zami Machavaram, Kondapalle RF.
Penamaluru Mandal: Chodavaram, Ganguru, Penamaluru and Porank.
Vijayawada Rural Mandal: Done Atkuru, Kathapadu, Tadepalle.
