The Government of Telangana has set to launch mammoth exercise of land survey in the state. The survey is aimed at reviewing all the age old land records in the state. The farmers and land owners have to apply to the teams visiting to them to make any corrections to the land records data.
The revenue officials and special teams of land survey will issue and distribute 1B forms to all the farmers. The land survey will commence from 15th September 2017 across the state. The officials will visit the villages in teams.

Nine teams have been formed in Nalgonda district considering the extent of the district. The farmers are requested to go through the 1B forms given to them and take note of any mistakes in the data.
If there are any mistakes and errors in the land records data, the farmers may mention the same in the application forms given to them by revenue officials. The officials have to give a receipt to the farmer concerned after receiving the application.

There are concerns over the collection of land data from the farmers as most of them are illiterates and may not aware of the survey numbers and other details of their lands. They have to be guided by the revenue officials properly in identifying the mistakes in passbooks and 1B forms.
I’m waiting since 7 days out of Shamshabad mandal office for 5 hours everyday to get hold of that 1b form but the corrupt “revenue officials” don’t even bother about giving a simple form like this. Don’t expect them to help the farmers with their survey numbers.
I am observing, always pointing out one problem or other problem by Revenue dept.
It is clearly expressing their unwillingness in processing the same.
Hence it is better to give a email id of Revenue dept and CM or vigilance dept email id to have a control, advise the people to send the details with supporting SCANNED copies ie Regd document and Athar card, for facilitating the Revenue dept to update the records, MARKING a copy CM or vigilance team.
People who can submit the details, after submitting, can be updated, those who are illiterates can submit thru MEESEVA Centers.
With this exercise 90% work will be done, the remaining 10% responsibility of REVENUE DEPT.
If that 10% also not possible to REVENUE DEPT, THE TELANGANA GOVT CAN GIVE FOR JOB WORK.
I AM SUGGEDTING THE ABOVE, SINCE THOUGH DECADES ELAPSED, ISSUE LINGERING BUT NOT COMING TO AN END.
HOPE IT IS CLEAR TO ALL.

Thank you Ramana Murthy garu for your valuable suggestions. My request to the revenue department is before printing and distribution of pttadar passbooks all the updated records should keep on the website (Dharani) for public view. Take the objections/feed back from the public and make the necessary ccorrections with all evidence. Then only distribute the final version is better
