New Website for Telangana Registrations, EC and Sale Deeds
Here comes new website for registrations and stamps department of Telangana State. The details of sale deeds, registrations and EC (Encumbrance Certificates) in the Telangana districts can be accessed from the new IGRS website at http://registration.telangana.gov.in . The old website http://registration.ap.gov.in/ is allotted for Andhra Pradesh / Seemandhra.
People from Telangana can check their land / plot / flat transactions through the new website at http://registration.telangana.gov.in .

The districts covered in the registrations website are Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Medak, Adilabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Warangal, Khammam, Mahaboobnagar, Nalgonda and all the new districts.
New Website for AP Registrations and ECs
People can download ECs, Deed details, stamp duties and details of concerned sub registrar officers from the new website. You can check and download these copies for verification purpose only. For official purposes of any of these documents, you need to get them through Mee Sevas.

It is nice that Telangana has separate website. But the SROs for getting EC is not updated. Pl update at the earliest.

I visited the new website of Telangana (Properties & Registrations) but I is not showing the Districts List. I tried at home computer as well as in office also – It is not showing list of Districts.

VRO is the best source to get correct survey numbers. Try to approach him.
You can also try through registrations website and search randomly by entering survey numbers.

The details bhoodan lands and wakf lands are not furnished in Nalgonda districts.
What about the registration of lands which are not notified u/s 22-a of Registration act but communicated by revenue authorities.

plots sold in the lay out in particular survey no are also required to be furnished in the web
land purchased in 1970( gram panchayat), that’s the only document available for now, kindly let me know all document required to update my land ( like EC,……etc ) till date

The Website is having with some mistakes and spelling mistakes. Mahabubnagar is written as Mahaboornagar ( ‘ r” to remove) . in Relase .. release with partners, the partners spelling is wrong. similarly there is a mandal naming Addakal, but in our website Mahabubnagar district mandals list the Addakal is named as Addanki.
