Though the Government of Telangana has announced the commencement of online application process for LRS, BPS and BRS schemes in Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad and other towns of Telangana, there is no provision for online application till the date (4th November 2015) due to technical problems and lack of proper infrastructure with the Government.

The Government has not announced any specific / exclusive website for the online application process for LRS and BRS schemes 2015 but accepted and approved the penalties and charges in a hurry. It also announced that the two months time that has been declared has already started from 28th October for BRS and from 2nd November 2015 for LRS schemes. But there is not facility to apply for these schemes.

It is also learnt that there is no special software with the Government for the implementation of online application process for LRS and BRS schemes. The authorities has mentioned that the online application process for Hyderabad will be available by the evening of 4th November 2015.
The Government is suggesting the people to apply for LRS and BRS through mee seva / e – seva centers at the district centers in Telangana. But these centers are very less in number and can not cater the needs of thousands of applications for BPS and LRS schemes.
I want to know the website address to apply for BRS for my house building under 100 sqy my house is on 98 sqy in golkonda mandal where should i apply? Can i apply at my near by mee seva? In golkonda mandal or where?
KPHB LIG independant house holders also will come under BPS scheme or not. where 1st and 2nd floor construction took place and Property tax beeing paid by them.
In BPS scheme why individuals should struggle for market value and google picture as it is the basic data available with all municipalities.
Planners demanding lot of money for file preparation and cost for them also may be finalised and fixed by Govt. It is requested to make LRS,BPS schemes simple , easier and customer friendly.
i have searched the BPS Applications online. but i could not get the applications. infact the hmda Website is not opening? when i can get the application online? what is the last date for sending the filledin forms?

kindly clarify, if a person holds house admeasuring more than 100 sq. yds but below 130 sq. yds, and if he constructs above the permission granted weather it is mandatory for regularization under BPS. If it is mandatory for BPS, kindly clarify on what basis the penalty shall be levied on the excess portion constructed i.e Sq. ft or Sq. yds.
How to apply brs procedure online .
Sir, I would like to apply for BRS as telangana govt is giving us a chance. But there is no proper guidelines. I stay at Hyderabad at Malkajgiri. I have purchased flat in 2004 having flinth area of 795 Sft If I want regularise it how much I have to pay and How. Kindly somebody could clarify my doubt.

I am working in Mumbai as a Director in the MOLE, I have one house in 189 sq. yards and two plots for LRS, I have registered my on line account, but it is not accepting same pass word to open the account, if i go for forget pass word, my mobile is number is not available, for new registration it is saying already the mobile is registered, I could not open my account online web site.
When I approached, agents near GHMC office, they are asking 3000/- for LRS and 15000/- to 25000/- for BRS application filing/submission. No one is ready to come my house for measurement and to give actual plan. I could not get the address of 36 facilitation centers from any website. I have come for one week leave to complete my LRS/BRS could not do. Govt. may think easiest way for submission of application, online web page should open easily to file the application easily, because of short period of time agents are taking advantage and looting the people for which govt. should take steps to help the people.
sir. peviously we are paid some amount through petty receipt in muncipal corporation at the time of construction, that amount will be deducted in this LRS amount
How to apply lrs procedure online, where to get market value certficate
I purchased a 250 Sqr.Yard Plot in Dammaiguda village and panchayat in Jan 2015 . The land was not approved by HMDA. The panchayat approved the layout and house plan. I had started costruction of house. Now I want to regularise the land and building in this scheme. I request to clarify to whom I have applied eighter to GHMC/HMDA. Shall I pay the betterment charges for regularisation of LRS.

I have constructed house during 1991 at Prasanthi Hills, Meerpet, RR Dist., Saroornagar Mandal, Hyderabad 500097 in 311 sq yards plot. Whether I have to regularise the same under LRS and BRS, if so, what would be the amount paid by me.
If the land is not approved by HMDA you need to apply for LRS / BRS if the building is not approved by HMDA.
mee seva center is not takeing LRS and BRS work in saroorunagar,indiranagar, kotaguda and ghachibouli centers. and also not opening online application in this ares net centers in 29,30 and 31 December 2015.

HI, I have a Open plot with 162 sq.mts, at Medipally Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, and applied for LRS through on-line by paying application fee as 10,000, and Application status shows as “New” now.
1)Do i need do anything to get process and get the LRS certificate?
2)How much remaining Fee do I need to pay for LRS?
The officials will come for physical verification of the property and let you know the further process and payment.
L R S: After uploading balance documents, site inspection was done. Then I have received a message on phone to pay balance amount. I have paid balance amount 10 days back. I have not received any message so far. If any action is pending from my side, how can I come to know ?
